King Precision Lawns & Exteriors – Terms & Conditions Effective Date: 01/02/2026

1. Services Provided King Precision Lawns & Exteriors (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides professional lawncare, maintenance, lawn rejuvenation, seasonal upgrades, and exterior cleaning services including driveway and patio cleaning (“Services”) to residential and commercial customers (“you”, “your”).
2. Payment Terms

• Annual services: Full payment or agreed instalments as confirmed in your service agreement.
• Monthly subscriptions: Payment is collected monthly via bank transfer, card, or direct debit.
• Optional upgrades: Priced individually and payable at time of service or added to monthly subscription.
• Late payments may incur suspension of services until resolved.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days in advance of the next scheduled service.
• Refunds for annual payments are not automatic and may be offered at our discretion.
• Missed services due to customer unavailability may not be refunded but can be rescheduled where possible.

4. Customer Responsibilities You agree to:

• Provide safe access to property and lawns for equipment and personnel.
• Secure pets, vehicles, or any items that may obstruct service.
• Ensure water sources are accessible when required.
• Notify us of any underground hazards (pipes, cables, sprinklers).

5. Liability

• We will take reasonable care in providing services.
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues outside our control (e.g., flooding, frost damage, wildlife).
• Services are carried out using professional equipment and trained staff; minor cosmetic marks (e.g., on paths) will be addressed promptly if reported.

6. Termination We reserve the right to terminate services with written notice if:

• Payments are overdue
• Safety hazards are present
• Customer behaviour endangers staff or equipment
